Like the airlines, we support our training department with experienced administrators and service personnel who make it possible for our instructors to perform professionally and efficiently, focusing on your personal needs.
Our Director of Flight Operations oversees our pilot training department, and is personally involved with the development of each student. This department includes our Chief Flight Instructor, assistants, and performance review pilots. In addition, to monitor and enhance the quality of our education, we have Team Leaders who manage Safety and Flight Standards to ensure quality standard operation procedures. Their prime functions are to oversee progress reviews, provide flight checks, and participate in ongoing reviews of teaching staff.
Also, like the airlines, we’re particular when it comes to selecting our instructors. We want the best – and to get the best, we invert considerably in applicant screening, selection, and development. Our practices have allowed us to develop a staff that have high levels of skill and knowledge, and are dedicated to bringing out the best in others.
