Sierra Academy’s program provides a foundation of knowledge, ability, experience, and credentials recognized by airlines and corporate aircraft operators.

It covers four terms of training, each tailored to gradually mold you into a professional pilot. We make sure you graduate with experience that the airlines want to see. This makes it possible for our pilots to qualify for jobs at the earliest opportunity and leads to job interviews with airline leading companies.

First Officer Academy Program

Boeing/Alteon now offers a complete First Officer training solution that provides your airline access to a larger pool of qualified candidates needed to meet pilot demand. Through the First Officer Academy program, candidates with no flight experience become type-rated, certified pilots, ready to fly the line.

Boeing/Alteon partners with top ab initio flight schools to deliver a seamless program tailored to meet the needs of your airlines. Students first progress through the ab initio program at the flight school before coming to Alteon to complete the Jet Bridge Transition course and receive their type rating.

Boeing/Alteon evaluates each flight school to ensure it meets our strict standards in terms of quality, curriculum, facilities, and ability to deliver an effective ab initio program.
